During January-May of this year, we conducted a research “Burnout of psychosocial assistance and support providers to victims of military operations” and are ready to share the results with you

The study involved 40 participants of our training “Prevention of Emotional Burnout in Support Professionals during the War”

The purpose of the study was to find out the prevalence of burnout among employees and volunteers who provide assistance to those who are affected by war and to identify factors for preventing the development of burnout.
