During the war, the number of people needing psychological help and support has increased several times over. There is a critical shortage of specialists who could cope with these requests. Also in such a crisis situation, not everyone is ready to open up in personal work with a psychologist. Moreover, group work provides many opportunities to find resources and build a community to support each other.
