Make sure that work-related issues won’t distract you during learning
Organize your workspace: choose a comfortable spot at home with natural lighting, preferably facing a window, where you won’t be easily distracted
Find a location with a stable internet connection and, if necessary, close all other tabs and links that require internet access
Ensure that there are no distracting sounds during the online session (neighbor’s construction noise, dog barking, etc.)
Prepare a glass of water and place it nearby, as you might need it

Check the functionality of your headset, microphone, and headphones, and ensure there are no transmission obstacles
Connect to the platform 5-10 minutes before the start of the learning session to registerget/get access and verify the functionality of the online platform
It is best to use a computer or laptop during the learning session – this will help you to perform tasks better, navigate through interactive links easier, and download materials
If any issues arise: – with the sound – ask participants to mute their microphones. – with the connection – exit and rejoin using the same link. – if the problem persists – restart your computer or internet connection

Be active. Research shows that people remember 20% of what they hear, 30% of what they see, and 90% of what they do themselves
During the learning session, pay attention to the needs of the coach and other participants, mute your sound when you’re not speaking and vice versa, request to speak in the chat if needed
Try to complete all tasks both during the learning session and homework
Take notes for better retention of information
Respond promptly and quickly to questions or speaker’s requests, don’t waste time
During the learning session, plan how you will apply the acquired knowledge in your daily work
Fill out feedback surveys, it will help you summarize your learning experience, and it will help us improve the training program
