Make sure that work-related issues won’t distract you during learning

Organize your workspace: choose a comfortable spot at home with natural lighting, preferably facing a window, where you won’t be easily distracted

Find a location with a stable internet connection and, if necessary, close all other tabs and links that require internet access

Ensure that there are no distracting sounds during the online session (neighbor’s construction noise, dog barking, etc.)​

Prepare a glass of water and place it nearby, as you might need it

Connect to the platform 5-10 minutes before the start of the learning session to registerget/get access and verify the functionality of the online platform​

It is best to use a computer or laptop during the learning session – this will help you to perform tasks better, navigate through interactive links easier, and download materials

If any issues arise: – with the sound – ask participants to mute their microphones. – with the connection – exit and rejoin using the same link. – if the problem persists – restart your computer or internet connection
