On the BeProfi online learning platform, we use a competency-based approach to developing online courses.
This means that our online courses include competencies – the ability to perform work tasks.
The platform has implemented features that help users choose courses according to the competencies they need to develop:
- a training needs assessment test, where courses are selected according to your job responsibilities and the competencies required to fulfill them.
- filtering courses by topic and competency, where you can choose a course according to the competency(s) you want to develop.
