- The purpose of the course is to develop your leadership competencies to mobilize local resources in your community and help you promote the development and care of your community members for each other.
- The uniqueness of the course is the paradigm shift from focusing on problems to reorientation to community resources. Every community has potential that can be mobilized for its benefit – you will learn how to identify and use these resources.

What is the format of the training?
- Online training on the modern Beprofi online platform, where you choose the time to view materials and complete tasks
- Once a week – online meetings with experts at ZOOM
- Work with cases to master the acquired knowledge
- Support from experts and a circle of like-minded people during the training
- Participation in the training is free!
