Our expectations from working with the NGO “International Leadership and Development Center” were fully met. Especially valuable was their readiness to respond quickly to any unforeseen situations — even when technical issues arose (such as the missing laptop). What’s important is that ILDC listens to feedback and uses it to improve further.
During the preparation and delivery of the training, we appreciated the support of the manager, the selection of an excellent trainer, and the fact that ILDC gathered information about the group in advance — asking about their needs, level of preparedness, etc.
We especially liked your approach and professionalism. The high-quality handouts were another important aspect — they helped participants absorb the material better and refer to it even after the training ended.
If we were to describe the ILDC team in a few words, we’d say — they are experts in their field.
Thank you for your collaboration!

I believe one of the most important outcomes of our collaboration with ICLD is the development of a truly professional approach to social work among the members of my team.
We also noticed positive changes in our approaches to working with clients and colleagues. Communication has improved, as the training helped us deepen our knowledge and align our efforts — which positively impacted the quality of all our work processes.
We sincerely thank you for the opportunity to participate in the “Fundamentals of Social Work with Families and Children” training and look forward to its continuation, where we can explore other important and relevant topics.

I sincerely thank you and the ILDC team for the opportunity to participate in the “Fundamentals of Social Work with Families and Children” training. It was a valuable and meaningful experience for our team.
After completing the training, our team gained a new perspective on future development. We realized the need for a more systematic approach to staff development. We plan to implement internal mini-trainings for new employees and share our case management experiences more actively. We are also considering a deeper partnership with ILDC in the form of mentoring or ongoing support.
Once again, thank you for your contribution to the development of our team! We look forward to continued cooperation.

I completed an amazing online course on your BeProfi platform! It was truly out of this world — the emotions, the knowledge, the accessibility of the material.
I’d be happy to continue learning with you because your team is fantastic, and your knowledge is priceless! I was especially impressed by how clearly complex topics were presented. I saved all the documents, materials, and videos to my personal collection — they will be incredibly useful to me at the “Veteran Space” center.
I first discovered your platform in 2023 — and now that my colleagues are also studying with you, I know this won’t be our last meeting. I plan to keep learning with you because I enjoyed nearly every course topic — lots of practical tips and engaging, accessible information.
THANK YOU so much! This is one of the best courses I’ve ever taken — an incredible experience from true professionals!

The entire process with ILDC was clearly and conveniently organized. The lectures and workshops were rich, practical, and useful for my future work as a support group facilitator. Whenever I had questions or technical difficulties, I received quick responses and help.
Right after the training ended, supervision sessions were organized for us facilitators. I’m very grateful to ILDC for the training, for the supervision, and for the long-term involvement in the support group.
Thank you, ILDC, for changing lives and opening new opportunities.

I decided to enroll in the program “Prevention of Emotional Burnout for Helping Professionals During the War” because I was feeling emotionally exhausted and burned out. In order to continue doing my job effectively, we need to learn how to recover, find motivation, and keep moving forward. That’s exactly what I was hoping to gain from this training.
My impressions are entirely positive. From the very first day, I received practical tools and recommendations for preventing burnout. I also highly appreciated the organizational side of the training process — the convenience and accessibility of the communication channels and learning materials.

I want to express my gratitude to the director, trainers, and the entire ILDC team for the free online training for support group facilitators. Your approach to training is both responsible and warm. It was very pleasant to feel supported and guided throughout the process.
It became a solid foundation for me — on the very last day of training, I already launched my first support group for young psychologists. I’ve already held three sessions out of eight, and I’m very thankful that you also provide free supervision groups for facilitators.
You didn’t just prepare me — you continue to support me on this new and important path. I’m so glad you exist. Sincerely thank you for this opportunity and for your love for what you do.
