Case Management in Social Work

Modern social work in Ukraine operates under conditions of profound transformations caused by the war and the socio-economic crisis. This has led not only to an increase in the number of clients with complex needs but also to changes in the very nature of social problems that require professional intervention. Specialists often find themselves in situations where resources and time are limited, and clear algorithms are lacking, which may result in burnout and decreased effectiveness.
