PROCEDURE FOR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION OF ILDC TRAINERS

The certification procedure can be changed at the customer’s request

  1. Selection of candidates according to criteria

Occurs in accordance with the experience of working with specific categories of clients and social issues to which the practical activities of the coach were directed

2. Training of trainers according to the program “Fundamentals of coaching skills”

Forming an understanding of the conceptual foundations of training activities and the development of coaching competencies

3. Training of trainers for a specific training program

Preparation of participants for handouts, speech and receiving feedback from the trainer and other participants. Feedback from the supervisor on individual development as a trainer

4. The first training

Occurs in co-training with a more experienced trainer. Feedback from the co-trainer, which provides an incentive to develop their own strengths as a trainer

5. Independent training

It takes place in the presence of a professional trainer, who collects feedback from participants and gives feedback to the candidate on the further development of his/her coaching competencies

6. Trainer certification

Occurs only under the condition of completion of training and preparation in full volume

TRAINING ACCORDING TO THE BASIC PROGRAM “FUNDAMENTALS OF COACHING SKILLS”
