We conduct supervision for social work specialists, managers and leaders of organizations so that they have the resources to continue providing high-quality social and psychological services to families with children and Ukrainians affected by the war. By supporting specialists, we develop the capacity of organizations.

Supervision allows:
to cope with complex professional cases
prevent numerous professional risks associated with the specifics of our activity (risk of secondary trauma, work with complex cases, etc.)
the employee to advance on the path of his professional development

We provide supervision in various formats:

  • Group supervision ordered by organizations;
  • Individual supervision at the request of organizations;
  • Thematic supervision groups (for specialists who work with internally displaced persons; for specialists who work with veterans and their families).

If you wish to undergo supervision, please leave a request by vocation.
