WHOM IS IT SUITABLE FOR?

WHY ARE EVALUATION AND MONITORING OF TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS IMPORTANT?

Performance monitoring allows us to reasonably, based on clear criteria, analyze the success of what we do.

The task of monitoring the effectiveness of training is to collect evidence of the progress and results of training to show whether it was successful.

In the direction of evaluation anf monitoring the effectiveness of training, ILDC works within the framework of the competence approach, which allows to take into account the key factors of learning success and transfer of learning to practice.

The competence approach is based on the following logic of the formation of competence in the learning process, its impact on practice:

Based on this, a system of indicators of quality and effectiveness of training (what we measure) is developed, tools are developed to obtain data (how do we measure? What do we measure? What tools do we measure?) And, after processing, analyzed, what has changed? ), whether it was effective and how it affected the participants

Without evaluation monitoring the effectiveness of training , it cannot be said that it was of high quality and gave the planned results
